What material are the Nydia’s hoops made of?

All our hoops are made out of Sterling Silver. You can find a brief description in each of them where we specify their size as well as if they are plated with yellow gold, rhodium, pink gold…

The earrings I want are out of stock. Will they be available again?

All the hoops from Nydia Jewels® have a limited amount of stock. If one of our products is out of stock, you won’t be able to buy it, however, we will restock it as soon as possible.

How do I take care of my hoops?

If you want to preserve your earrings in the best possible state, we recommend you not to use perfumes or body creams on them. It is also important to keep them away from sea water and sweat. You can clean them carefully every now and then with a clean rag and a few water drops.

Where are you shipping?

Our aim is to get to all those people that feel identified with Nydia Jewels® all around the globe.

The cost for the shipping will depend on the destination country, however, you can check all the details on prices and delivery terms in our "Terms and Conditions" site.

How long does shipping take?

Once you’ve placed your order, we want you to receive your hoops as soon as possible. Your order will be prepared in a 24-48 hours period. Once it leaves our warehouse you will be sent an SMS by our Shipping Partner where you’ll find the delivery date. Here you have a list of the delivery times for each country.

  • Shipping to Spain and Portugal: 24-72 hours.
  • Shipping to France: 3-4 days.
  • Shipping to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Italy, Luxemburg and the United Kingdom: 4-5 days.

You can check the delivery times for the rest of the countries during your order.

What’s in the package?

When your order is delivered, you will receive an envelope of our shipping partner. Inside it you’ll find a Nydia Jewels® box with your earrings carefully protected in it.

How can I know where my order is during the shipping?

You will be sent an SMS once your order leaves our warehouse. This SMS contains a link where you can see where your package is anytime, change your delivery address or even the delivery date.

What should I do if I have any doubt on my order?

We actually have a WhatsApp service available. You can contact us that way and we will help you solving any doubt you may have or you can send an e-mail to info@nydiajewels.com.

How can I know that I completed my order correctly?

Once the shopping process is over, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details on your order.

How do I use a Discount Code?

If you want to use a Discount Code complete the Promotional Code field with it and enjoy your discount instantly.

Can I use various discount codes at a time?

Each of our Discount Codes have their own terms of use. Check them to know more about their expiry dates and if they are cumulative or not.

How long do I have to make a return?

You have up to 14 days after the delivery date to return your hoops. It is essential that the returned jewels are in perfect condition and no signs of use. Contact us and we’ll guide you through the process.

Do I have to pay to return my hoops?

No. If you want to return your hoops for whatever reason, you will only have to pay for the shipping back to our warehouse. If the return reason is a factory issue, we’ll assume the shipping cost.

How long does the refund take?

Once we receive the returned jewels, we’ll check if everything is right before refunding your money in the next 24/48 hours.
